INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons tea leaves
16 fresh mint leaves
4 lemons, cut into wedges
2 inches cinnamon
4 star anise(chakri phool)
16 teaspoons castor sugar
1.Place tea leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, cinnamon,
star anise and castor sugar in a teapot.
2.Pour boiling water, cover the teapot and allow to infuse
for about three to four mintes.
3.Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
4.Pour into individual glasses and serve hot.
